Eberhard Keller


A trained toolmaker and certified technician, Keller joined the company in 1987. Since October 2008, he is Managing Director of Schulz Engineering GmbH.


After his training as a toolmaker from 1980 to 1984, Eberhard Keller initially performed his military service, followed by several years training in the area of constructing plastic injection molding tools primarily for the pharmaceutical industry. While he was training to become a certified technician specializing in manufacturing technology from 1987 to 1989, he was responsible for the introduction of the CAD-systems AutoCAD, RobCAD, CATIA, IGRIP and their administration on Schulz Konstruktionen in parallel. In 1989, he finally became a designing engineer and planner on Schulz Konstruktionen. From 1995 to 1999, Eberhard Keller was active as a project manager. From 1999 he successively expanded the automotive area as department manager – from the initial 4 employees to 35 employees. From 2002 to 2006, he was division manager of the automotive profit center with 55 employees and was also responsible for the organization of three eastern European subsidiaries. The company granted him a commercial power of attorney for the continuation of his business activities. From 2006 to 2008, Eberhard Keller took on the technical lead in the automotive area at an engineering service provider. In 2008, he finally returned to Schulz Engineering.
