Rolf Schramm studied electrical engineering in the field of information processing and successfully completed his studies in 1992 as a graduate engineer (FH) in electrical engineering. He then initially worked in automation technology, where he was increasingly responsible for the complete technical and organizational support of large-scale plants. Later, Rolf Schramm worked as a group leader for the project planning of PLC and robot controls as well as for planning and process simulation. This then led to a shift in focus to the field of engineering for systems in the automotive environment. From 2001, Rolf Schramm headed the Process Simulation and Planning department at Schulz Engineering and was responsible for expanding the department to include automation technology with a focus on robot control. In 2006, he was appointed authorized signatory for Schulz Engineering before finally being appointed Joint CEO in 2008.
